Software solutions for mobile Health and Telemedicine

collecting health @home:

Current wearable technology devices, fitness trackers and smart devices are recording permanently a lot of valuable body parameters like oxygen saturation, breathing, blood pressure, blood sugar, body temperature and of course heartrate, hr variabiliy, resting heartrate and all activity data together with a complete track info. Having that data combined allows a new level of analytics. We have developped a system for collecting and delivering them to a dedicated server:  All body parameters are collected permanently and automatically on a per minute base, or on demand – directly from the trackers or sensors.

This can be used for remote analytics, for monitoring patients during rehabilitation, and similar post clinic therapy and supervision.

Integrating data from smartwatches and body sensory:

combining movement and activity data with body parameters like weight, bloodpressure or blood sugar. Data collection at home and 24×7 is a base better diagnostics and therapy. We help to get the data collected and uploaded to your health data system – following HL7 and FHIR standards.

Instant Communication with Messaging and Video calls:

instant messaging and video calls is more value for the user.

With dedicated Messaging and VideoConf Servers as private cloud solutions we can supply private secured communication between all users of the App and the Desktop Applications.

Private cloud Server with data encryption:

All medical data in Europe is strictly under HIPAA/GDPR privacy rules. All personal user data need to be stored encrypted. Role based permissions with a special focus on doctor – patient relations and data access permissions. Secure endpoint authentication and user verification.

Embedded software development for wearables and sensors:

Garmin (TM) Smartwatches can have modified GUI Apps with dedicated functionality. We add and modify functions to make them fit perfectly with your requirements.

Device management for wearables and bodysensors:

Nearly all wearables are consumer devices and are designed to work with a personal App or with a centralized cloud system. At any time users can change settings and reconfigure the way the wearables are collecting data.

But consumer functionality is not ideal for medical use. Wearables and their use have to be controlled to achieve medical grade data output:
We offer a device management for the wearables with a managed configuration and a control service for the devices and their settings. This way data collection can be controlled and a much better quality of the medical data can be achieved.
